Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SubmitBee collects when you use SubmitBee and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, password (stored hashed by our auth provider) and optional WhatsApp number.
• Form submissions: whatever your website visitors submit through your forms, plus the IP address, browser user agent and time of submission (used for spam and abuse prevention).
• Billing data: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive your subscription status and payment IDs, never your full card or UPI details.

How we use it

• To run the service: store submissions and send you notifications.
• To bill you for paid plans.
• To prevent spam and abuse.
• To email you about your account and important service changes.

We do not sell your data or your submissions.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database and login), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Razorpay (payments) and a WhatsApp messaging provider. They process data only to provide their services to us. Some may store data outside India.

Retention and deletion

Submissions are kept until you delete them or delete the form. To delete your account and all its data, email support@example.com and we will do it within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is restricted so each account sees only its own forms.
