Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SubmitBee (https://submitbee.online), a service operated by SubmitBee ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
SubmitBee gives you form endpoints that receive submissions from your websites, store them, and notify you by email and WhatsApp. Features and limits depend on your plan, as listed on our pricing page.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use SubmitBee to:
- collect passwords, card numbers, OTPs or other sensitive credentials;
- run phishing, spam, fraud or anything illegal under Indian law;
- overload, probe or attack the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Paid plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
5. Limits
If you reach your monthly submission limit, new submissions are rejected until the next month or until you upgrade.
6. Your data
Submissions belong to you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect them from your visitors. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep SubmitBee running but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Email and WhatsApp delivery depend on third-party providers. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can delete your forms and stop using the service at any time. We may end accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
